Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Organize and plan to fulfill man power needs in both head office and branches
- Carry out the recruitment process to ensure the man power availability according to the demands and desired qualifications within the agreed timeframe
- Propose candidates to be promoted through irregular promotions or mutation through transfers in order for the promotion to be done as regulated
- Carry out collaboration with vendors in terms of recruitment, Medical Check-Up, and provision of labor services and ensure vendor work processes and results are in accordance with the agreed MoU so that vendor service quality is maintained and able to meet company needs.
- Plan and ensure the development of systems and procedures for recruitment, placement of company employees and outsourcing management to ensure that all processes run according to established standards.
- Develop, analyze and select the methods/tools to be used as well as recommend vendor assessments in the assessment process so that the methods/tools used can assist the company in determining the right candidate. Recommendations for these tools will then be validated by the Department Head (approval).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree in psychology/industrial engineering
- Preferably experienced in related fields
- Proficiency in operating Windows operating system and Microsoft Suites
- Ability in data statistics and psychological assessment tools
- Able to work in a customer-focus manner
- Have a good driving force, planning, and interpersonal skill
