Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for an experienced Business Transformation Officer who responsible for the design of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) to realize a functional user interface, in system/application development according to user needs that meet end-to-end business processes, by paying attention to and carrying out predetermined project management stages , and in accordance with the applicable IT SOP/PTO. Further details as follows:
- Analyzing the user experience design needs of the developed system/application.
- Develop and work on the concept of a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps and prototypes.
- Design and test UI elements and tools that will be used in the developed system/application interface
- Collaborate with the team/related parties to ensure the creation and provision of a customized experience (tailored experience) for system/application users.
- Implement UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user/system/application user behavior.
- Support concept testing and/or prototyping to demonstrate the potential value of IT solutions for business development.
- Create materials for communication and dissemination of application technical designs to stakeholders when necessary.
- Mastering Requirement Analysis, System Analysis & Design, Documentation Production, UI/UX wireframing & prototyping, Interaction Design, and Design tools.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (Post Grad degree is preferred) in Computer Science, Information Management or Graphic Design, Human Computer Interface or relevant from a reputable university.
- Minimum 4 years working experience with 3 years experience as UI/UX Designer.
- Have certification in Research-Based UX courses (NN, HFI, etc.).
- Have experience in Usability Testing.
- Experienced in implementing IT projects in banking, especially in designing and designing prototypes and making mockups, design assets.
- Have good communication skills and can work in a team
Required Qualifications
- Have skills related to wireframe tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
- Mastering design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Have the ability to use diagraming tools to create flow charts (Overflow, OmniGraffe, Xmind).
- Have an understanding of Zeplin, Overflow, Flinto/Protopie
