Job Responsibility:
- Plan, execute and implement keywords on oneMarketing platform(AEM) to be SEO friendly website related Life, health and sharia keywords onpage and offpage to increase visitor sessions that coming from Organic search, paid search and direct channel.
- Responsible for Digital & Partnership Campaign, define target, monitor result, and analizing lesson learnt.
- Lead management. Enhancement features to generate more leads and increasing usage (socialization to agents). Lead nurturing with a goal of distributing sales leads into agents, and handling all inbound traffic, converting that traffic into new leads and providing regular report activities.
- Collaborate with PMO, Infra, Service delivery and security teams regarding improvement and integration between asset requirements (website/oneMarketing platform/lifechanger) and IT governance.
- Responsible for monitoring and Identify, track, measure and review digital Asset enviroment (website, socmed: fb, IG), include managing 3rd party vendors. Analyzing Digital Campaign results, obtained by calculating a impression, reach, engagement, and visits to our website.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirement :
- 10+ years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably with insurance or banking industry background; experience in agency is definitely a plus
- In-depth knowledge of digital client journey development and optimization
- Good knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Tag manager & Search Console. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics);
- Familiarity with web Content Management Systems (CMS) - ideally Adobe oneMarketing Platform
- Strong web design skills which will include the ability to edit HTML / HTML5 (a must) and JavaScript skills
- Experience in working with SEO, creating and optimizing content and driving brand awareness;
- Excellent communication in English to work with senior stakeholders across presentations and obtain ideas buy-in
