Junior Graphic Designer  

We are looking to add Junior Graphic Designers to our team.

• You will be responsible for designing digital files for our existing customers.
• You will seek direction from Design Team Lead, Senior Graphic Designer and Junior Graphic Designer Leads, and:
• Communicate with the entire team to achieve optimal results.

About The Position:
- This position will start off part-time at 2 hours each day; by mid-September, we will scale everyone up to 4 hours; and by October, everyone will start working a full 8 hours per day. The timeline may still vary.
- You must be able to work in 2-4 hour shifts to start with:
Shift 1 - 7:00AM – 11:30AM MST (9:00PM – 1:30AM Philippine Standard Time)
Shift 2 - 3:00PM – 7:30PM MST (5:00AM – 9:30PM Philippine Standard Time)
(30 min unpaid break is included in the shifts)

Your Compensation:
- You will be under 2-month probation. Your starting monthly salary is 10,500 pesos/month for full-time and 5,250 pesos/month for part-time, the rate in CAD is $1.59/hour. After probation, your salary will increase to 20,000 pesos/month for full-time and 10,000 pesos/month for part-time, the rate in CAD is $2.95/hour.
- Your salary is paid out in Canadian dollars twice a month - on the 5th and 20th of each month

This position requires intermediate experience in Photoshop (Image Manipulation). If you are detail orientated and proficient at working in a challenging and dynamic workspace then you are the person we are looking for.
