Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Processing transactions needed for BIR compliance.
- Updating / Posting ledgers / books for BIR Stamp.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist for preparing and filing tax returns and work papers for companies, partnerships, and individuals.
- Encoding of SLSP, SLSS, SLSI, QAP, SAWT, Alphalist at BIR System needed for mandatory BIR filing at e submission.
- Monitor accurate complete filing / scanned documents of Check Vouchers for BIR audit purposes.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proficiency with computers, especially excel and bookkeeping software Quickbook & strong typing skills.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
