Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Acquiring, maintaining, growing, and deepening relationship with exisitng and prospective customers
- Identifying the financial or investment needs and objectives of such customer or prospective customers
- Introducing alternative suitable banking products to meet the needs and objectives; providing customers with professional advice.
- Providing premium customer service
- Complying with prevailing regulations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum S1 of any discipline, preferably from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years experience as Relationship Manager in Banking
- Good knowledge of banking funding/wealth management products and services
- Well developed interpersonal, relationship and communication skills
- Good at selling/influencing
- Tactful, corteous with confident and tenacity in pursuing business opportunities
- Certification - AAJI & WAPERD
