Events Partnership Supervisor  

Partipost is Asia’s fastest-growing influencer marketing platform that enables brands to activate everyday consumers to generate authentic and genuine content advocating for their products and services. Currently present in Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.

We’re looking for an energetic, quirky, and competent individual to help us organize ground breaking events to grow the Partipost brand!

How your day-to-day looks like:

Events Management: Lead and facilitate the pre-production, production, and post-production activities for brand-led events or sponsored events. Pitch event opportunities that will promote Partipost as a brand

Partnership: Create partnership proposals and pursue corporations for mutually beneficial partnerships in form of marketing collaborations (special activations, integrated campaigns, etc)

In-app Campaigns: Create Partipost-specific activations (app-first) that will increase app usage among Partipost communities

Adhoc Tasks: Handle ad hoc tasks that focus on community engagement, branding, conceptualization, logistics, client services related to activations and special programs, administrative duties relevant to events and programs, etc.

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, Broadcasting, and Multimedia
• At least 3 years of production, project, or events management experience - a mix of in-house events and client events is ideal
• Can work independently with minimal supervision, very proactive
• Can thrive in a start-up environment
