Personality Development Soft Skills Trainer  

We are excited to announce that our organization is expanding its team of trainers and is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Personality Development Trainer to work on a project basis.

At our organization, we believe that every child has the potential to achieve greatness, and we are dedicated to providing them with the resources and support they need to reach their full potential.

• As a Personality Development Trainer, you will be responsible for facilitating workshops and delivering engaging training sessions that help children and young people develop essential skills such as public speaking, leadership, communication, time management, and more.
• We are looking for trainers with an energetic and creative approach to training who understand the development needs of different age groups and can work with children from all backgrounds.
• You must be highly organized and manage training sessions effectively while keeping them fun and engaging.

This position offers both online and on-site working opportunities. When working remotely, you must be comfortable and proficient in using Zoom and other virtual communication tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Communication or a related field
• Proven experience in facilitating training programs or workshops
• Experience working with children and young adults
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Experience in training needs analysis
• Experience in facilitating training on:

• Create training plan
• Facilitate training program
