Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees
- Collaborates with management to align on long-term goals culture
- Come up with ideas, design, and implement solutions that'll make MileApp a great place to work
- Oversees cultural and employee programs & activities; including wellbeing, recognition, retention, team-building events, and other activities
- Ensures the best practice in the company's culture & values are applied to all employee
- Ensures compliance with employment; laws, regulations, and requirements
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- Preferably up to 3 years of HR experience, especially in the People Engagement & Culture area, having experience in Startup
- Creativity in developing programs and methods to engage audiences
- Dynamic with good initiatives and pro-activeness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and process implementation skills
- Thorough knowledge of multi-state employment laws and regulations
