Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and execute custom user research strategies and methodologies to support the objective of the business
- Conduct primary and secondary user research
- Synthesize quantitative data with qualitative data to help drive product and design decisions
- Collaborate to define intent, development, testing, and refinement of prototypes
- Create a UX research roadmap for continuous improvement across the product
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 2 years of UX research experience
- Bachelor’s or MS in a human behavior related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience)
- Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration
- Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
- A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
- Excellent time-management skills
