Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- First point of contact for clients to respond to their questions, issues, and requests related to their Odoo system.
- Coordinate with appropriate people for the resolution of these concerns.
- Keep track of client concerns and provide status updates and targets through tickets.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Lives in Metro Manila
- Currently holds or previously held an Odoo or Customer Service related position
- Experience in Odoo development
- Experience with ERP or business-related systems
- Knowledgeable in Accounting and Inventory Management
