Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support IT Application
- Laise with vendor or system support for issues on application
- Perform the testing for any bug fix or improvements
- Perform the Regulatory activity
- Monitoring and close ticket assigned to the apps team
- Analyze the process and improvements
- Perform system development/programming
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A Bachelor Degree from Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Have knowledge in support user on Application
- Good analytical skill
- Having basic programming, database, and IT Infrastucture (Server, Network, Firewall, Security) knowledge
- Familiar with Banking Application and database (SAS, SQL Server, Oracle, etc)
- Proficient in English both verbal & written
- Willing and able to work in team and in shift by 24/7
