Procurement Assistant
- Review proposals
- Source for reliable/credible suppliers
- Negotiate cost and provide best and most economical option in the market (fast moving, more focus on provincial projects)
- Review international proposals, negotiate cost and monitor production orders
- Oversee and handle finishing products
- Provide new suppliers and economical options
Finance Officer (GL and AP)
- Record all transactions in Genral Ledger and Journal
- Accurate closing of books of accounts monthly
- Prepare monthly and quartely reports
- Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements to relative government bodies
- Liaise with external auditors
- Bookkeeping and Accounts Payable
- Reconcile vendor accounts and statements
- Process expense reports and petty cash
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Degree (preferably in the field of Business Administration, Accounting, Interior Design or Construction Management)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Construction / Procurement / Accounting
- Communication: Must be good in Communication (Written and Verbal), with pleasing personality and flexible in terms of dealing with people
- Negotiation: Must know strategy how to negotiate, not just cost, but in terms of payment, warranty, etc.
- Resourcefulness: Can work and deliver job under pressure
- Detail Oriented: Particular on details. Reviews his/her job 2-3 times before finalizing
