Furniture, Fixture & Equipment (FF&E) Manager  

The task of the FF&E Manager starts from the concept design phase and ends once all information relevant to FF&E has been processed and cleared for ordering. The FF&E Manager may be required to provide support relevant to her purpose during the construction phase.

• Working closely with the design team on FF&E requirements and selection.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders on all project related information pertaining to FF&E.
• Attending meetings with the client and take ownership of material board and furniture presentations.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the client and their requirements.
• Fully understand the scope of works, BOQ, project discussions, and other project related information.
• Take lead in the creation of material boards and relevant documentation.
• Take lead on preparation on necessary documentation required for the creation of purchase requests of furniture, special finishes and special design items.
• Pre-sourcing of furniture, finished and specialty items

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, 2 of which at the managerial level
• Strong executive presence, superior oral and written communication skills required.
• Superior attention to detail, capable of organizing and executing multiple projects.
• All the key competency requirements stated above.
• Degree in Interior Design
• A strong knowledge of furniture systems, materials specification and their respective procurement process
• Has an established network of vendors, suppliers and special service providers
• Willingness to travel (local and international)
• Software competency: MS office programs
