We are looking for dynamic individuals that will part of our support team. The Product Support Specialist will be responsible in:
- Resolve the client's concern thru inbound calls.
- Respond to client's emails.
- Create tickets to document the incoming queries from customers.
- Escalate tickets to appropriate team for resolution.
To be successful with this role candidates must have:
- Graduate of any four year course.
- Excellent communication skills and customer support experience.
- With background in handling software issues are desired.
- Skills in MS Office Applications.
- Experience in ticketing systems such as JIRA is a plus.
