Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Create an overall plan and work with different departments on conceptualizing the event flow
Review and make sure that contracts of vendors, talents, and outsource personnel needed for the event are in place
In-charge of budget development, requisition, distribution, and assures that the receipts are complete for liquidation
In charge of the planning of the event's logistics such as but not limited to transportation, lodging, and venue preparation
Prepare pre and post reports for the events, making sure that effective and non-effective practices are captured for future events application
Stay on top of the event flow needs and coordination
Perform other duties assigned by Management

Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelors Degree holder in the field of communication, business management, or similar courses
Two years work experience in end-to-end event management, preferably with background in logistics and budget management
Knowledge in esports is a great advantage
Have strong organizational and relationship management skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, event attendees, event manpower, internal teams, etc.)
Able to work calmly and objectively while under pressure
With a passion for the esports industry
