Responsibilities

  • Perform talent acquisition activities, i.e. sourcing, screening, selection, hiring and onboarding.
  • Partner with educational institutions, industry associations, talent acquisition firms, job search portals, government entities to ensure steady stream of talents specially for prevalent vacancies.
  • Maintain an electronic manpower pool repository.
  • Coordinate with partner recruitment firms for the organisation’s manpower requirements.
  • Monitor contracts with partners to ensure that service level agreements are met. Initiate review/renewal/termination of subject contracts.
  • Coordinate and maintain the organisation’s social accounts to promote the manpower requirements of the organisation.
  • Conduct initial paper/interview screening of applicants and endorse shortlisted candidates to the proponents.
  • Administer pre-employment psychological examination to shortlisted applicants and prepare the Test Result Profiles.
  • Conduct background checks on candidates for Job Offer.
  • Prepare and/or coordinate pre-employment requirements and business tools (e.g. Medical schedule and clearance, Job Offer, Contracts of Employment, Company ID, Biometrics, E-mail, Lark, Orange HRM, PC/Laptop/Mobile Phone etc.) and ensure the submission of complete pre-employment documents required from the new employees.
  • Conduct and coordinate onboarding of new hires.
  • Prepare/maintain HRIS, Manpower Report and New Hire reports.
  • Endorse new hire reportorial requirements for SSS, PhilHealth, BIR and DOLE to appropriate units.
  • Facilitate the Student Traineeship Program.
  • Implement the Employee Referral Program.
  • Maintain a record of current Labor Laws on countries where the company is operating.
  • Maintain and safekeep the Unit’s confidential (201, 202, etc.) and non-confidential files and documents.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management or related courses
  • Minimum of three (3) years prior experience in human resources with at least one (1) year experience in recruitment; Experience working for a similar industry and/or a talent acquisition firm is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct high volume recruitment
  • Working knowledge of graphic design and layout applications is strongly preferred.
  • Goal-driven, highly independent and self-motivated
  • Professionalism and maturity in handling and safekeeping of confidential and critical information.
  • Above-average interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and maintain excellent client and partner experience and relations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Adept in using MS Office, graphics design applications, job search engines and social account platforms
