Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Processing vendor invoices, government reports and remittances, expenses claim and assisting in payroll preparation.
- Assisting in financial reports preparation including analysis and reconciliation of accounts on a monthly and annual basis.
- Maintaining record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information.
- Coordinating daily admin tasks with the admin support team to optimize workflow.
- Maintaining an organized and comfortable office environment, ordering office supplies, and updating company assets record.
- Petty cash management and reporting.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Open to new graduates.
- Working knowledge of accounting software such as Quickbooks is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong team player with solid communication skills.
- High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
