Community Manager  

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with us to plan, execute, and maintain community management strategies to grow our media business. Will often require cross co-ordination with other teams like marketing, content, engineering, design, and business development.
• Plan and launch initiatives to build and grow the community while boosting brand awareness.
• Work on ways to engage the digital community
• Create strategies to have tight-knit community and maintains high engagement
• Develop the community by participating in discussions, finding new customers and listening to the current ones
• Gather and monitor community feedback to help Management make informed choices that will affect the company projects as well as the community.
• Assemble a reliable and effective moderation team to help manage a growing number of members.
• Host AMAs, events and spaces to maintain a strong interest in our projects.
• Represent the brand in related digital events.

Requirements

• Above average communication and moderation skills
• Experience in Community Management or related work experience
• Experience in forum administration is an advantage
• Experience working in a startup or agency environment is a plus but not required
