Marketing Program Manager  

Our company is looking to hire a Marketing Program Manager who will develop and implement marketing plans/programs and strategies (most importantly for lead generation and brand awareness) for our services and solutions. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify market trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials such as white papers and case studies. You will be giving presentations about our ongoing campaigns and maybe sometimes called upon to provide administrative support to our marketing head and sales teams.


Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and manage business-to-business LEAD GENERATION AND BRAND AWARENESS marketing programs such as email campaigns, event promotion & follow-up, drip email nurture series, webinars/HACKATHONS, press releases, website SEO, and content generation.
• Coordinate the lead generation campaigns/efforts of our principals with the associate's sales movement from the company’s business development unit.
• Take the lead in the content creation, design, and management for the social media presence of the company, company website sales and marketing collateral library, etc.
• Develop and maintain marketing database segmentation to ensure any communications delivered are relevant to the audience receiving them. Map marketing database segmentation to personas.
• Create the brand book for MaroonStudios.
• Ensure all programs are linked to sales campaigns to ensure accurate campaign ROI tracking.
• Facilitate a marketing program retrospective following completion of each marketing program.
• Author, execute, and analyze COMPANY newsletters and customer surveys.
• Develop, manage and curate the marketing and sales collateral library.
• Create email and landing page split tests to improve the team's understanding of what subject lines, headers, images, copy, and calls-to-action are most effective.
• Develop and execute periodic webinars for clients and prospects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred.
• Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills are required for this position.
• Must have related work experience in digital/social marketing platforms including website content creation AND SEO
• Relevant work experience in B2B demand/lead generation is a must
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organization skills.
• Related business-to-business marketing experience is required while that in the IT industry is preferred.
• Experience in developing marketing collateral is preferred.
