Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles BIR dues such as monthly and quarterly taxes and other related matter
- Prepares billing for clients & ensure timely processing
- Monitoring of accounts receivable and payables
- Processing of budget requests & liquidations
- Payroll
- Documents financial transactions by entering accurate account information
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other related reports
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
- Secures financial discrepancies by completing database backups
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
- Analyze financial records and reports and make adjustments as needed
- Assist and administers on day-to-day financial matters, reports and questions
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with finance regulations
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Organization skills
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
