Media Analyst | 7Gen  

M2.0 Communications leads a portfolio of four companies in big data, construction, communication, and business process outsourcing. As a group, we have a culture that emphasizes passion for learning and getting things done. Over the last 15 years, we’ve grown to a size where we have begun requiring specialized administrative teams to run the companies in our portfolios. Duties and Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and update databases of relevant social media pages/profiles on Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram that fall under target industry cohorts in the local and international context
• Curate influencer details with relevant information including country, social media profile links, gender, age range, number of followers, average posting frequency
• Utilize and evaluate the effectivity of social media data extraction tools in terms of efficiency and accuracy
• Establish industry knowledge by conducting research and identifying the keywords that would generate relevant social media data

• Has a bachelor’s degree from a college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Has sufficient awareness of social and political issues
• Has good research and analytical skills
• Possesses proficient English communication skills
• Pays keen attention to detail
• Expresses strong willingness to learn
• Enjoys working with a team

Nice-to-haves

• Background in journalism, communications research, media studies or similar fields
• Familiarity with mass media and social media
• Has strong computer-related skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
