Design thinking will be at the core of this position. It’s one thing to create visuals that are appealing, but at M2.0 Communications, we value design that’s empathetic. We teach our teams to think first about the design objectives and target audiences, and create our creative communications solutions for them. We need a person who can break the visual language barrier, and find ways to connect with audiences through design that just gets them.

Currently, we are taking M2.0 Communications into ambitious creative directions, and we are looking for people who have the self-driven passion to pioneer the upcoming stages of the company. We take care of our creative community, and we value creative work with good compensation. We need people who have a strong voice in what they do, to be part of a community who finds meaning in storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Along with the team, create branding strategies for all the social media platforms being used by the company or its special projects.
  • Execute your vision for the visual requirements of the company’s social media strategy or its special projects
  • Contribute up-to-date design ideas and industry trends to creative meetings for the expansion of the company’s brand and visual identity
  • Create brand guidelines for the visual execution of the company and its special projects
  • Maintain brand consistency and attention to detail across various projects
  • It’s a preference but not a requirement to have the willingness to learn simple motion graphics and animation for the company’s branding-building requirements
  • Organize the Marketing team’s visual assets and working files

Kualifikasi Minimum

Skills & Qualifications:

  • College degree preferably majoring in graphic design, marketing or communication
  • Excellent design skills and knowledge on multiple platforms such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • An understanding of marketing and the business objectives of a brand in terms of the audience or users that the designer is trying to communicate with
  • Sharp problem identification and objection resolution skills
  • Exceptional listening and verbal / written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • A hunger to better oneself in any area they wish to pursue
  • Design thinking
