Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking to hire a Client Support Admin under our Client Support team. In this role, you will be reporting directly to our Client Success Manager, and working closely with other departments and sub-departments such as Commercial and Operations.
This is a fully-remote role that can be done from anywhere in the Southeast Asia timezone (GMT +7 & GMT +8)
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Manages daily inquiries from client
- Researches and obtains resolutions for clients' complaints and issues.
- Focus on key clients to understand their needs
- Maintain accurate records/documentation for client report
- Processing forms, applications, and requests.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fluent in English. Speaking and writing
- Fluent in Mandarin is a big plus.
- Bachelor's or Diploma from any major
- Excellence skills in Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience in logistics and/or e-commerce handling client support will be a plus
