Payroll Supervisor  

• Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
• Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
• Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this
• Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee income, benefits, taxes, employer's unemployment, and workers compensation payments
• Resolving payroll discrepancies
• Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
• Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Business courses equivalent.
• Must have at least five (5) years meaningful experience in payroll preparation.
• Must posses quality leadership abilities and experienced in interacting with management and employees.
• With excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be highly self-motivated and a team player.
• Must be self-driven, proactive and able to provide solutions.
• Proficient with the use of Window-based software package (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook) and familiar with some accounting software.
