Lamudi Group is an online real estate marketplace with active operations penetrating the majority of the market in Mexico, Philippines and Indonesia. We were founded in 2014 and recently acquired by an established investor in the real estate industry, EMPG Group. Lamudi has been pushing boundaries in the PropTech space and is looking at dominating the Asian market with new products and services that will service the growing need in the real estate business.
As part of the HR and Admin team, you are contributing and making sure that everyone feels comfortable in the daily business and that the essentials needs are meet.
Your mission is to ensure smooth run of the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including administration of pay and benefits, timekeeping and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
About the challenge
- You have experience on end-to-end compensation and benefits administration
- You coordinate leave and time schedule updates and timekeeping for payroll
- You are knowledgeable with the administration of statutory benefits such as SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF
- You receive, process, and respond to day-to-day employee concerns regarding payroll and benefits and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders, as necessary
- You take care of our HR and Payroll Systems (Sprout and BambooHR) and employee 201 files
- You maintain up-to-date employee information in HRIS system and ensure accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data and all phases of Human Resources processes, working within HRIS tools, in accordance with company policy and statutory/local laws
- You are knowledgeable with any labor-related compliances concerning compensation and benefits
- You support HR development activities from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum

- Payroll and Timekeeping experience (experience with Sprout a plus)
- Compensation and Benefits experience

- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure in a virtual environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
