Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Compile and review legal documents related to the company, starting from legality, permits, to cooperation agreements with partners and employee
- Conduct a legal analysis of the situation, violations and related consequences encountered and potentially occur in the company's business
- Ensuring that the work processes in the company are in line and not violating the laws and regulations
- Conduct legal research, collect data and information needed for prepare legal opinion related to business needs for the company
- Conducting civil/criminal assistance for alleged/lawsuit violations company to other parties.
- Provide legal knowledge for related users
- Ensure legitimacy and archive all legal documents owned by the company
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor of Law
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field
- Understand government regulations and applicable laws
- Familiar with making legal internal and external documents, including management company legal documents.
- Have the ability to analyze situations and conditions related to legal issues
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Have good persuasion and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
