Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Building tech infrastructure for the project
- Mentoring engineers and code review
- Hands-On Development 30% to 70% of the Time
- Experimenting with adopting new technologies and changing development practices.
- Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
- Collaborate with Product Team and other stakeholder to spec out technical implementation and feasibility of business requests
- Improve functionality and security of existing systems
- Removing production bottlenecks, debug and troubleshoot issues
Kualifikasi Minimum
Technical skill
- Over 5 years of experience in software development.
- Understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Have experience and advance knowledge on one or several following areas: Python, Golang, Microservices
- Good familiarity with software architecture
Leadership skill
- Experience in working in agile environments
- Good problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills and team player
- Having experience in managing team members is a plus
