Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure company adherence to the prevailing labor laws and give advice for any impact to the company
- Assist management in administration related matter regarding employee discipline or grievance procedure and PKWT/PKWTT
- Process labor disputes/grievances/code of conduct issues in a proper and timely manner, develop complaint investigation and act as a company liaison
- Represent the company in discussions and meetings with government agencies and Employees
- Maintain and administer Employment Agreement, Company Policy, including socialization and follow up the process.
- Handling labor dispute/conflict between employee and company, among fellow employees, and environment issue as a liaison to the government, and as a management representative
- Establish systems, policy and procedures for labor relations throughout the company
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Male, must possess Bachelor's Degree in Law from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00 of 4.00
- Having at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Excellent knowledge in HR procedures & processes, Indonesian labor laws & regulation
- Have an excellent drafting and reviewing skill
- Good analytical, organizational and planning skills
- Able to work in detail, multitask, and under pressure situation
- Fluent in english both written and spoken
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Interested to work in media industry
