Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze existing business to be improved in terms of revenue improvement, cost efficiency and process effectivity
- Co-create solutions with relevant stakeholders for clients, monitor the implementation of the solution,manage relationships with stakeholders, and evaluate the implementation with stakeholders.
- Analyze new business feasibility and develop new business model
- Conduct market research and provide insights to generate business strategies
- Coordinate with the projects' team to assist in business concept implementation
- Monitor and evaluate the result of projects, and making suggestion for projects improvement
- Resolve complaints and key issues
- Build and maintain strong and positive relationship with all parties (account management)
- Expand networking
- Proactively remain update with market condition in order to seek new opportunity
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Having minimum bachelor degree from reputable University with min. GPA 3.50
- Having minimum 1 year of work experience in business development/management consulting/business analysis (preferrable)
- Required skills: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot table, Pivot reporting, data simulating), Costing, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
- Other skills: analytical skill, problem solving, systematic thinking, communication & presentation skill, collaboration with team members
- Basic knowledge: business & management, market research, corporate financial report, basic project management
- Good attitude
- Willing to work with freelance status
