Ad Operations  

We currently need Ad Ops Manager for one of our business unit (Jixie). Jixie is a technology company focused for publishers to value the data they generate and monetise better their advertising inventory by providing them insights and solutions. Jixie is working with the main online publishers, large advertisers and e-commerce platforms in Indonesia.

What you will do?

• Managing ad operation for publishers cross country which include Setting up, implementing and monitoring its performance
• Well programmatic knowledge, inclusive of GAM, SSP, DSP, Prebid, VAST tag
• Audience solutions & data analytics. Able to transform the knowledge & insight into executable plan
• Continue to improve workflow for the team to work with maximum efficiency in different functions such as execution, reporting, communication across different clients
• Organize internal and external training programs to educate our cross-functional teams from client servicing, creative, operations, and clients on digital marketing updates and solutions
• Revenue Growth: Pinpoint opportunities for current advertiser campaign growth and improvement. Identify and execute growth opportunities with existing advertisers and pitch to new clients

• 3-5 years’ experience in publisher side ad operations or equivalent
• Team player and winning can-do attitude
• Great attention to detail and logical thinker
• Confident with Ad Serving Skillset, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving mindset and can provide flexible solutions
• Experience in web and app analytics tools
• Good communication in English
