- Create planning strategies to increase brand image, brand awareness, audience, engagement and revenue for Kompas Daily
- Defining products, determining prices and making sales packages to determine the sales program to be carried out.
- Determine the channel/platform for communication materials against the planning strategy that has been made so that it can be implemented by the relevant department.
- Analyzing the effectiveness and quality of the implemented campaigns.
- Develop a solution deck based on a brief framework by utilizing the potential of KMN products
- Compose decks of internal initiatives (editorial and commercial) in accordance with the momentum and potential of the industry
- Develop a combined master deck for all Kompas products including the initial package initiative

- Experience 1-2 years in Marketing / Digital Marketing/ Brand Communication
- Have knowledge related to the basic principles and concepts of Marketing
- Have the ability to apply Digital Marketing
- Have knowledge and understanding of the principles of Social Media Marketing
