- SAP Management
- Conduct thorough checking on SAP
- Add item accounts, canceled vouchers, invoices, and purchase orders in SAP
- Update pricing sheets with funding details.
- Monitor and update management fee activities.
- Reconcile iFuel sales volume for Lapu-lapu & Cordova Stations.
- Prepare profit-sharing calculations for iFuel
- Check purchase orders in the absence of the CEO
- Monthly preparation of bank reconciliation statements for 16 accounts.
- Prepare profit and loss statement for the month
- Prepare management fee monitoring report.
- Generate a summary of iFuel sales volumes for Lapu-lapu and Cordova Stations.
- Prepare various reports required by the CFO for financial presentation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; or CPA is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting roles, with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP Business One and Quickbooks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
