Clinical Nurse  

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering and administering medical services as well as providing medical support to the physician on-site
• Triage patient complaints and conditions
• Perform basic general assessment gather patient vital signs
• Support in scheduling and coordinating outpatient clinic consults
• Administration of medications prescribed by physician
• Data entry to basic medical patient reports and manage electronic medical records of patients
• Manage patient care

Attendance and Work Hours

The normal hours of work of an employee shall not exceed eight (8) hours a day. The working hours shall include all the time during which an employee is required to be on duty or to be at a prescribed workplace and all the time during which an employee is permitted to work.

Qualifications

• PRC registered
• With or without clincial experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Willing to work in Makati
• Willing to be trained and start ASAP
• Fresh board passers welcome
• Basic first aid knowledge

• Photocopy of birth certificate
• Photocopy of marriage certificate (if applicable)
• Photocopy of Social Security System (SSS No.), Tax Identification Number (TIN), Philhealth and Pag-ibig Fund Membership Identification Cards
• NBI Clearance
• Municipal occupational permit
• Photocopy of community tax certificate
• Two 1x1 colored pictures
• Official drug test result
• Medical certificate indicating physical fitness and capacity to work
• Duly signed emplyment contract
• Office order for employment status
