Caregiver  

Objective: Support and assist in the patient's compliance of his or her care and treatment plans

• Report for 12-hour shifts, usually 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Medication Management and Treatment Compliance:
  • Medications are administered to the patients at the beginning of the shift and then again at the end of the shift
  • Administering medications and logging journaling medications
• Care Coordination
  • Collaborating with other specialists, such as physicians, nutritionists, cooks and chefs, fitness consultants, as well as hospitality associate
  • Throughout all the collaboration, keep in mind the objective, which is to support and assist in the patient's compliance.

• General Housekeeping
  • Caregiver will be primarily responsible for tending to the patient's care, however due to the restrictions of space imposed by COVID-19 protocols, the caregiver must be agreeable and amenable to performing general housekeeping tasks and chores, such as cleaning and organizing in the patient's care area
  • We understand that this falls outside the normal scope of many caregiver applicants, but the pandemic has forced us to plead with team member step beyond their core scope and normal range of duties at this time. We hope you understand that we ask this of you.

Requirements

• Please note that this work calls for 12 hour shifts, whether they start at 7:00 AM and end at 7:00 PM or start at 8:00 AM and end at 8:00 PM
• Must have significant care giving experience, whether it be caring for a relative in the house or as a professional, licensed care giver (example: private registered nurse)
• Candidate must be able to report to our work site in Makati City within a few hours notice (for emergency shifts)
• Several interviews will take place to gauge for personality and cultural compatibility with the patients
