Job Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be doing the following tasks:

  • Maintain optimum inventory stock level and maximize the profitability by minimizing sales losses due to OOS and any unwanted storage and removal fees due to overstock
  • Monitor the SKUs performance based on the current sales trend but still considering the Daily Sales Rate and comparing it with our competitors to be able to forecast the potential sales we can make
  • Monitor inventories and update tracker until all inventories are received
  • Create and analyze any inventory-related reports
  • Plan and budget any inventory-related expenses ahead of time
  • Prepares suggested orders as to when and how much quantity of goods are to be purchased
  • Monitoring and reviewing of new products from ordering stage until arrival on Amazon
  • In charge of shipment loading recommendations after reviewing all Purchase Orders that are completed
  • Maintain safety stocks inventory in our warehouse at all times
  • Submit drip feed recommendation from incoming container and coordinates with the Operations Maintenance Specialist for warehouse preparation

Kualifikasi Minimum

Experience Required

Strong candidate's experience and qualifications will include:

  • A strong candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in Inventory and Demand Planning or similar role,
  • Has familiarity with different inventory and forecasting systems and tools,
  • Highly proficient is MS Excel, strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management abilities,
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills,
  • Proactive problem definition and creative problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced,
  • Changing and challenging environment,
  • Proficiency in windows-based software and internet navigation,
  • Possess the highest level of confidentiality and integrity,
  • Proficiency in Excel and other software programs, strong analytical skills,
  • Excellent ability to prioritize, multi-task, work independently and under strict deadlines,
  • Solid organizational, interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Able to read and analyze historical data on a per SKU level,
  • Able to review and analyze a large amount of data in Excel (Highly proficient in Excel) and;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail or e-commerce.
