Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ability to define test plan which include test scenarios and test cases based on acceptance criteria.
- Ability to write comprehensive documentation on bugs, analysis, and test reports
- Ability to reproduce a bug
- Responsible for end-to-end test and release of new features with the best quality possible
- Understand the product/feature in-depth from the end-user point of view and also the underlying implementation
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand the feature and the implementation to derive and execute feature tests based on test cases
- Coordinate and help other team members (BE/FE/QA/Product) to find solutions for the problems they have on the project.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 4+ years of experience as QA Engineer or Software Development Engineer in Test
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Having experience in financial industry would be huge plus
- Keen learner and quick adapter to changes and rapid growth as is required in a start up
- Know how to work in agile environment, especially Scrum methodology
- Highly motivated and innovative problem solving
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Experience in writing automated test
- Have basic programming using Java, Python, JavaScript or other major programming languages)
- Able to work independently or with limited assistance
- Strong logical and analytical thinking
- Familiar with QA methodology
- Ability to work as a team-player
