Consultant  

Consultant will be responsible mainly for project coordination & scheduling between parties involved in the projects.

In project, consultant will be responsible to develop content module, as well as ensuring impact through event organization for the workshops whether in person or online.

• Provide Excellent Consulting services, ensuring client needs and issues are effectively addressed
  • Developing and implementing sufficient tools and methods (interviews, surveys, or questionnaires) to analyze client's existing conditions
  • Creating and impelementing intervetions and evaluations according to problems analysis
  • Preparing and Delivering reports and presentation of the findings to the clients
  • Provide information and advises to the clients in order to deliver the best solution
• Planning and executing excellent project management to ensure deliver on time
  • Planning and scheduling project timeline, monitoring project milestones to ensures the project are delivered within their schedules
  • Coordinating and actively involved in meetings to discuss project planning and implementation
  • Developing and deliver project report, proposal, presentations and other documentations.

• Graduated from top - ranked university, any background
• Demonstrating enthusiasm in impactful learning, analyzing & get things done
• Having high affinity with the area of Leadership, Culture, Talent, & Leadership Development
• Strong conceptual skill
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• 24 - 28 years old, having 2 - 4 years of working experience from reputable organizations
• Knowledge and experiences in Innovation subject is a plus.
