Senior Consultant  

Holding a Managerial role, a Senior Consultant will leads projects management while co-creates the content with Partners and clients.

• Proactively provided excellent communication and consulting services, ensuring clients needs and issues are effectively addressed
  • Developing and implementing sufficient tools and methods (interviews, surveys, or questionnaires) to analyze client's existing conditions
  • Creating and impelementing intervetions and evaluations according to problems analysis
  • Preparing and Delivering reports and presentation of the findings to the clients
• Proactively maintaining excellent communication with clients to deliver the best solution
  • Planning, Leading delivery teams, and Executing excellent project management to ensure deliver on time
  • Planning and scheduling project timeline, leading delivery teams, monitoring project milestones to ensures the project are delivered within their schedules
  • Leading meetings to discuss project planning and impelementation
  • Developing and deliver project report, proposal, presentations and other documentations.
• Maintaining excellent relationship and supporting in network development
  • Managing client opportunities and maintaining excellent relationship with clients
  • Actively supporting network development (virtual or face to face events) in coordination with Client Relationship Coordinator (Through key accounts, media partner or vendors)
  • Preparing and actively involved in meetings with key account clients and other parties

• Professional Psychology Master degree from top-ranked University (M.Psi, Psychologist)
• Minimum Asst Manager with Training/Performance Management/ Psychological Assessment/OD experiences, from reputable company
• Strong in Project Management experiences and Team Leadership
• Knowledge and experiences in Innovation subject is a plus
• High capabilities in Customers Focus,Leadership & Analytical Thinking
• Proficiency in English (Spoken & Written)
• Can work independently without beingclosely supervised by the leader.
