Team Leader for Tax Accounting Services | Hybrid  

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and resource allocation, lead execution and implementation of client engagements
• Review the client’s financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and including reporting on tax disclosures.
• Review and ensure that the client’s tax returns, reports, and correspondence are prepared and presented on time and in accordance with tax rulings and regulations
• Prepare monthly activities for each talent and monitor productivity
• Mentor, coach, supervise, and review the work of team members
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss deliverables, employee updates and feedback, issues encountered, and improvements.
• Attend accounts and internal operations committee meetings and assist the immediate head in presenting required dashboards/reports

Location/Hybrid Set Up:

• Work from the office in Ortigas, Pasig – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Work from home – Monday, Friday
• Client visits – a total of 2-5 days per month

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Business Administration, or Business Management Major in Financial Management or its equivalent
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• 5 years of experience in tax accounting and financial reporting; with at least 3 years in supervisory role
• Knowledgeable in compliance with government requirements and in all accounting facets
