Responsibilities:
- Prepare the client’s financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and include reporting on tax disclosures
- Review and analyze monthly financial statements and the tax position of the Client-Company and prepare analytics
- Review and ensure that the client’s tax returns, reports, and correspondence are prepared and presented in accordance with tax rulings and regulation
- Review draft tax returns and send to client for approval - Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT), Withholding tax on Compensation (WTC), Value Added Tax (VAT)/Percentage Tax (PT), Income Tax Return (ITR)
- File tax returns and send filed tax returns and Tax Return Receipt Confirmation (TRRC)/Filing Reference Number (FRN) to clients for payment/copies - EWT, WTC, VAT/PT, ITR
- Prepare client’s annual financial statements, related notes to financial statements, and other regulatory reportorial requirements
- Prepare GFFS and GIS and other SEC reportorial requirements
- Prepare tax filing monitoring dashboard and client compliance updates
- Prepare client's BIR docket for BIR Letter of Authority (LOA)
- Assist clients in LOA compliance
- Supervise and review the work of Tax Analysts
- Ensure compliance with procedures, completeness of documentation, and that client engagement adheres to the prescribed service quality of the company

Location/Hybrid Set Up
- Work from the office in Ortigas, Pasig – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Work from home or client visits – Monday, Friday
- Client visits – a total of 2-5 days per month

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Business Administration, or Business Management Major in Financial Management or its equivalent
- CPA is a plus
- 2 years of experience in taxation
- Knowledgeable in compliance with government requirements and in all accounting facets
- Comprehensive knowledge in taxation for various industries
- Financial analysis, communication, leadership, decision making
- Customer focus and conflict management
- Can mentor or train staff
