Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Contract management
- Accounts payable / disbursements
- Regulatory and Statutory Compliance
- Management reporting and analysis
- Planning and budgeting
- Billing and collection
- People management: performance management, coaching, career pathing
Location/Hybrid Set Up
- Work from the office in Ortigas, Pasig – 3 days per week
- Work from home – 2 days per week
- No travel requirement
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Business Management, or any related program
- 6 years of accounting experience, 3 of which at a supervisory level
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial simulations, and financial planning
- Knowledgeable in banking transactions, and compliance with government requirements
- Required skills:
- Financial analysis, communication, leadership, decision making
- Data gathering, organizing, and interpretation to support forecasts
- Conflict management
