Deskripsi Pekerjaan
In this role, you will be responsible for database management, data entry, records management, and other operational processes as they relate to finance, accounting, and legal processes for Parrot. You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of records and that all records are current and up to date. This position will also work on special projects as assigned by your manager.
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
- Process expense reports and corporate credit card transactions
- Process vendor invoices and initiate payment runs
- Ensure accurate billing to customers and reconciliation between the billing platform (Stripe) and accounting system (Quickbooks Online)
- Manage outstanding accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations (prepaid, accruals, etc)
- Prepare monthly cash flow analysis and other ad hoc reporting needs of the company
- Ensure timely completion of all accounting month close procedures

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Knowledge of database management
- Keen attention to detail for data entry and record management
- Takes it upon himself/ herself to take the initiative to keep it organized
- Has a good grasp of invoice management and financial reporting
- Well-organized multitasker, capable of operating on multiple fronts simultaneously and in an orderly fashion
- Experience in Quickbooks
- Manage weekly updates to maintain accuracy
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Must be a self-starter and a strong team player
- Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely
- Has an excellent grasp of spoken and written English and can articulate ideas clearly and concisely
- Must be willing to work US Office Hours
