Social Media Content Creation and Management
- Develop a content plan and monthly social media calendar for IMAA including thought leader profiles
- Develop creative concepts based on the content plan and work with the graphic design team to produce materials, providing relevant information
- Ensure timely execution of plans, within the objectives set
Platform and Social Media Performance Management
- Oversee the day-to-day management of all social media platforms
- Regularly monitor and report on performance of IMAA and related pages based on key social media metrics
- Initiate posts, content, or other programs and manage platform features such as groups, stories, events and hashtags to maximize engagement, reach and visiblity
Lead Generation on Social Media Platforms
- Develop, launch and manage lead generation campaigns to capture and nurture leads through the sales funnel including but not limited to 1) webinars and forums 2) LinkedIn leadgen campaigns 3) Expandi campaigns
- Create targeted content to drive conversions such as sign-ups, registrations and inquires
Development and Management of Social Media Ad Campaigns
- Develop media plan proposals with clear and measurable business objectives
- Set campaign budgets, bid strategies, and targeting parameters to optimize reach, engagement and conversion outcomes
- Implement ad tracking and attribution methods to monitor campaign performance, measure KPIs and optimize ad spends
Community Management and Engagement.
Monitor discussions, comments and mentions to identify opportunities for engagement, respond to queries or concerns
Initiate and drive conversations about the brand, company and its thought leaders, encourage user-generated content and facilitate interactions among community members
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Management or similar field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Social Media Manager
- Experience in mounting performance marketing campaigns in social channels
- Knowledge and experience in handling LinkedIn campaigns is a must
