Leads Generations Specialist  

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for implementing best practices in lead generation campaigns and will work closely with the business development team to consistently cultivate the sales pipeline.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Should include the following but may not be limited to:
• Assist in prospecting, identifying & generating leads, for the business development team
• Identify key decision makers and influencers
• Conduct research on local market opportunities & prospective client companies
• Collect relevant business information and market intelligence and add to CRM
• Qualify potential leads through phone calls, emails and other methods
• Responsible for pre-qualification documents of prospective clients
• Accurately enter, update and maintain database of prospective client acquisitions
• Produce leads for all identified markets
• Produce leads for Contact Center services and Back Office Support services in the target industries
• Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Effectively communicate and present the product solutions and value propositions to customers
• Reach and exceed key performance indicators including leads found, calls scheduled, calls completed
• Collaborate and innovate with team on how best to connect with potential customers

Working Conditions:

• Onsite
• Must be able to work onsite at Zeta Tower Bridgetowne, C-5 Quezon City

Requirements

• At least college level in Business, Marketing, or related field
• At least 2 years of related experience in Sales, Telemarketing or Lead Generation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly adept in Office Applications
