Job Description:
As a lead qualifier , you will contribute to the sales efforts by qualifying leads from the leads generations/marketing campaigns as Sales Opportunities and by contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails.
You will foster and develop relationships with key prospects and will manage a defined sales territory with the primary responsibility of generating new sales opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls.
- Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision makers to begin sales process
- Conduct conversations to set appointments with decision makers in prospect accounts
- Answer questions and offer suggestions based on a thorough knowledge of iFive and the services we provide; qualify prospects prior to offering a site visit. Emphasize product/service features and benefits
- Cross-sell and up-sell existing customers via telephone and e-mail
- Client Account maintenance in CRM database
- Collaborate with the business development team to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and develop calendar of activities to continually work prospect list
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
- Assist with Set up sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators including, calls completed, opportunities qualified, and deals closed from meeting

Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of sales/lead generation experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
