Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the social media team in developing and executing TikTok social strategy for in house publishers as well as for commercial partners
- Able to concept, create and produce contents that drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy
- Engage with IDN Media’s TikTok followers and monitor conversations
- Identify and communicate with other TikTok creators/influencers for partnership opportunities
- Work together with the social team to understand performance and growth metrics in order to adjust creativity for optimizing posts
- Able to produce your own content with minimum supervision
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Avid TikTok users; understand the TikTok emerging platform and trends. Proven with significant experience as a TikTok creator (showcase your account in the cover letters/resume)
- Believe in the value of unity in diversity
- Strong interest in the social and digital marketing industry
- Able to work with design and video editing tools
- A strong individual player and a great team player
- Creative, innovative personality that is always thinking outside of the box.
- Able to work with tight deadlines, responsible, attention to detail, and reliable
- Fresh graduates of any major are welcome to apply
