The General Manager sets the strategic direction of the company and is responsible for overseeing its overall financial and operational performance.

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Industry expertise. Five (5) years of experience in the BPO Call Centre industry in a management capacity. Familiarity with industry regulations specifically government regulatory bodies.
- Cross-cultural awareness with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders thru good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Has the ability to interpret financial statements and key performance indicators. Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and analysis.
- Proven track record in managing and developing a high performance management team. Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Possess ethical values and commitment to integrity.
- Competent in making tough decisions and act in the best interests of the company and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the airline industry is a plus.
- College graduate.
- Can work flexible work hours.

IAS was established in 1994 by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as an airline sales and
support company to care for Marine and Offshore crew. KLM foresaw the global
growth of this sector and how its unique requirements would demand a dedicated
service center.
By 1998, IAS was able to offer a truly global service with centers in Europe, North
America and Asia. This innovative strategy allowed KLM to capture approximately
35% of the global Marine and Offshore business.
A sustained market growth created a clear need for a network of complementary
airlines able to move crew to every corner of the globe, however remote. IAS has led
this strategy, starting in 2004 with the merger of the KLM and Air France marine
programs. We continue to build new partnerships, most recently with Xiamen Air in
2019.
