Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The incumbent will be the driver and implementor of Data Governance Framework, which is aligned with internal policy, prevailing regulations and/or standard practice related to Data Management to create a sound, organized and consistent ways to manage Data across the company. Your responsibilities will cover but not limited to:
- Drive Data Governance implementation within the organization, focusing on Data Management and Data Quality,
- Ensure the Management and/ or the Group have visibility on Data Governance Implementation,
- Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment in relation to company's Data Governance implementation,
- Enable full potential of Data Governance implementation to provide value-add to operations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
We are looking for talent with requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree, with preferences majoring in information technology.
- Minimum 5-7 years experiences dealing directly with large scale data management as Data Officer/ Data Stewards/ Data Governance and/or IT Auditor/ IT Risk Management in Financial Industry/ Big 4 Consulting Firms.
- Experienced and familiar with Financial Service regulators and its regulations.
- A self-driver and comfortable with a fast pace and agile working environment.
- Good in communication skill and collaboration in diversity.
- Good in managing internal project.
