Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build and monitor the result models for CRM, RISK, HR, Finance, Collection, Legal, Antifraud teams, and external partners premises
- Actively produce innovation on how to use machine learning or statistics to improve the business results of the company
- Creating automation for manual tasks for other teams
- Knowledge sharing with teammates and be expert consultant for assigned area of knowledge. The assigned area will be connected to Big data/ Scoring/ CRM.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, majoring in Statistics, IT, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or equivalent and/or quantitative fields (eg. algebra, probability theory, operational research, machine learning)
- Minimum 2 years in a modelling/ data science team
- Extensive skills in Ms Excel – lookup functions, pivot tables, validations, macros
- Proficient with Python for data science (scikit-learn, xgboost, lgbm, etc.), Power BI, Apache Airflow, and SQL queries.
- Have a solid understanding of predictive model using both statistical (classical) and machine learning models
- Familiar with risk credit scoring, NLP, and hadoop ecosystem will be an advantage
- Adaptable to work in a dynamic and agile environment
- Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
